Job Summary
A social media company is filling a position for a Remote AI Computer Vision Research Intern.
Must be able to:
- Develop novel state-of-the-art vision algorithms and corresponding systems, leveraging various deep learning techniques
- Contribute to research that can eventually be applied to company product and run on billions of media items every day
- Help analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of corresponding deployed algorithms
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- PhD degree, or is in the process of obtaining a PhD degree
- Ability to obtain work authorization in the US at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
- Experience in Python and C/C++
- Research and/or work experience in machine learning, deep learning, and/or computer vision
- Ability to collaborate with team members, all the way from prototyping in a notebook to deploying at scale
