Job Summary
A healthcare practice improvement company is seeking a Remote Allscripts Pro Software Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Document cases by issue type and reason
- Rotate on after-hours emergency support call team
- Escalate issues to Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support specialists
Qualifications for this position include:
- Electronic Health Record or Practice Management Experience
- Must have Allscripts Pro experience
- Associates Degree or equivalent certifications in related field with 3.5+ GPA
- Phone based customer service experience
