A healthcare practice improvement company is seeking a Remote Allscripts Pro Software Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Document cases by issue type and reason
  • Rotate on after-hours emergency support call team
  • Escalate issues to Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support specialists

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Electronic Health Record or Practice Management Experience
  • Must have Allscripts Pro experience
  • Associates Degree or equivalent certifications in related field with 3.5+ GPA
  • Phone based customer service experience
