A social media marketing firm is seeking a Remote American English Speaker Social Media Community Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Understand the client’s social media strategy, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines
- Communicate the strategy with customers efficiently and effectively
- Respond to complaints and queries and engage with the online audience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Native-level American English
- You are a social media enthusiast with experience using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
- Possess sound judgement and brand awareness
- Previous commercial community and social media management experience
- Strong communication skills
