Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote AML Audit Manager i.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Executing multiple areas of complex test work during audit activities
- Managing day to day engagement-related efforts and assignments of Audit team members with varying degrees of expertise and experience when conducting engagements as the Auditor-in-Charge (AIC)
- Providing feedback/questions and completes audit team end of engagement evaluations when applicable
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Technology
- 6 years of audit, financial, insurance, banking, information technology or related business and/or leadership experience
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Experience in a support role, mentoring, and providing feedback to audit team members throughout the audit
- Must have a CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or CRCM professional designation
- Thorough understanding of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards and the common definition of internal controls
