Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote AML Compliance Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading all aspects of AML Compliance program and reporting key operating metrics
- Providing guidance to the business and other partners on compliance concerns and policy changes
- Overseeing the execution of project management associated with the AML program
Position Requirements Include:
- CAMS certification required
- 10+ years of experience in financial compliance and regulations, including building and leading dynamic teams
- Knowledge of risk management within the Financial Services industry
- Experience implementing AML regulatory and policy requirements
- Be comfortable independently managing demanding, cross-functional projects
- Experience managing internal and external exams, including building and maintaining relationships
