A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Analytics Insights and Policy Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Continuing to build and execute our vision, mission, and strategy for commercial analytics and policy
- Identifying, tracking, and communicating key performance metrics and related insights
- Applying data-driven approaches in support of individual quota setting and territory design
Position Requirements Include:
- 4-year degree
- Multiple years of experience guiding strategy and providing decision support
- Expert knowledge of commercial KPIs and analytical frameworks
- 5+ years leadership experience in commercial decision support functions/organizations
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools
- 10+ years of combined sales, commercial operations, analytics, policy, strategy, leadership experience
