Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Analytics Product Design Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that great design is a primary consideration in our product development and marketing
- Manage a team of designers who work cross-functionally
- Focus both on shaping the overall UX design strategy as well as guiding your team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Interaction or Graphics Design, HCI, a related subject, or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to advocating for the customer and a design perspective
- 10+ years with 4+ years leading and mentoring a team, developing/coaching designers
- Experience working with and building up Design Operations, Design Systems, and Design Project Management
- Experience in championing the visibility and value of user experience design
- Proven track record in setting design and process standards adopted by a range of products and teams
