Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Annuity Investment Customer Care Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Locating/researching information using multiple systems/technologies
  • Using exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to answer calls regarding retirement, life, and annuity investment products
  • Achieving department metrics and expectations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • One year of call center or customer service experience, or financial services industry experience
  • Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner, orally and in writing
  • Proficiency using MS Office tools
