A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Annuity Investment Customer Care Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Locating/researching information using multiple systems/technologies
- Using exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to answer calls regarding retirement, life, and annuity investment products
- Achieving department metrics and expectations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- One year of call center or customer service experience, or financial services industry experience
- Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner, orally and in writing
- Proficiency using MS Office tools
