A staffing company is seeking a Remote API Architect in Benton Harbor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading API strategy / roadmap initiatives while aligning to business objectives
  • Deploying APIs using the latest technologies and best practices
  • Managing project, client and vendor relationships, team, finances

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 years of experience with an API management / gateway software
  • 7+ years of development experience using Java or .NET, XML, JSP or ASP, JavaScript or VB Script
  • 2-3 years of project management and technical architecture experience in designing integration architecture
  • Ability to work in a virtual team across distance (remote) cultures and time zones
  • Experience in HTTP/HTTPS protocol, web services and use of web servers
