Job Summary

A recruitment agency is in need of a Remote Applicant Screener.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Contacting candidates to pre-screen and determine if they will be scheduled to speak with a Hiring Manager
  • Reviewing candidates in the client's Applicant Tracking System
  • Making phone calls encouraging candidates to complete testing for the positions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of candidate screening experience
  • Minimum 6 months experience with Google products and Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
