Job Summary
A recruitment agency is in need of a Remote Applicant Screener.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Contacting candidates to pre-screen and determine if they will be scheduled to speak with a Hiring Manager
- Reviewing candidates in the client's Applicant Tracking System
- Making phone calls encouraging candidates to complete testing for the positions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of candidate screening experience
- Minimum 6 months experience with Google products and Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or equivalent
