Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Application Managed Services Instructional Designer Trainer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting train-the-trainer sessions and field training delivery, and track and report on the efficacy of that training
• Planning, designing, developing, organizing, writing, and editing instructor-led training content
• Utilizing their technical understanding and ID/Training experience and education to implement training standards

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel globally and nationally, potentially on a weekly basis, as required
• 5+ years' experience directly supporting AMS for ERP sales teams and delivering training to field sales organizations
• Bachelor's degree in technology, education, or a related field is required
• Virtual Delivery Experience
• Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience with instructional design theory and Adult Learning Principles
• Expert knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and more
