Job Summary

A software security company is filling a position for a Remote Application Security Customer Success Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide deep technical support
  • Help customers solve critical, complex issues related to software security products
  • Deliver a great customer service experience with each customer interaction

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Previous experience working directly with customers
  • Previous experience in Support, Systems Admin, Software Engineering, or other technical fields
  • Excellent English, Written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 3+ years of experience with open source tools and frameworks
  • Excellent programming skills in at least one language - Python is preferred
  • Knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger, CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, Circle etc), Cloud technologies, etc
