Job Summary

A communications technology company is in need of a Remote Application Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing technical support to customers during the pilot process, diagnosing and debugging problems and performing other analysis tasks
• Working with the customer to understand deep business requirements as it relates to company applications
• Performing requirements documentation, implementation, verification, training and support

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customer
• Experience in technical customer support and/or technical business analysis role
• 1+ years of experience in technical customer support and/or technical business analysis or similar role
• Experience with Workflow Config, UI Customization, and Provisioning
• Ability to successfully pass a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by company's customers
