Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Application Support Engineer in Morristown.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Monitor production systems, research issues and file bug reports
• Suggest and implement best practices improvements for our logging and monitoring systems
• Ensure our overall Development Operations strategies are well communicated and understood

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Remote or partial remote employment will be considered
• 5+ years of experience in a BizOps, Support or QA or coding role within a fast-paced company
• previous experience working for an insurance carrier or MGA
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask is required
• Great customer service skills, you are patient and enjoy problem solving
