A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Application Support Representative.

Must be able to:

Effectively handle inbound calls by guiding customers
Initiate outbound calls to customers who have not completed their loan application
Maintain accurate, up-to-date information for customer accounts

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills so you can connect with customers over the phone
Ability to balance multiple priorities and effectively handle changing situations
Ability to deescalate complex customer interactions
