Job Summary
A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Application Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Effectively handle inbound calls by guiding customers
- Initiate outbound calls to customers who have not completed their loan application
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information for customer accounts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills so you can connect with customers over the phone
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and effectively handle changing situations
- Ability to deescalate complex customer interactions
