Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Assessment Research Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting and overseeing psychometrics analyses
- Developing and iterating on testing, experimenting, and evaluating content
- Identifying research streams to evaluate how to mitigate or remove sources of measurement error
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- PhD in I/O Psychology
- 3+ years of experience developing assessment and performance evaluations
- Solid programming skills in at least one statistics program
- Proficiency in managing, merging, and manipulating large datasets, R and SQL
- Proficient communications of technical information for non-technical audience
- Experience partnering with engineers and tech to implement data-backed solutions into a product
