Job Summary
A privately-held health technology company has an open position for a Remote Assistant Contact Center Leader.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of 15 – 20 Contingent Outreach Agents
- Ensure standard operating procedures are being followed
- Administer payroll weekly
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in a call center or customer-oriented environment preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in an outbound call center preferred
