Job Summary

A physician-owned company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Application Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Working with end users to resolve application issues promptly
Creating and managing user IDs
Monitoring and responding to system messages

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

2 years of application support experience with coding and document imaging systems
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures
Experience documenting operational procedures and working with end users
Familiarity with medical billing applications, Laserfiche application, and Optum coding application
Research skills – ability to identify and seek needed information
Debugging skills
