Job Summary

A clinical research firm has an open position for a Remote Associate Clinical Systems Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide support to users with relation to Clinical Data Management Systems
• Contribute toward resolving CDMS or database-related issues
• Take ownership of issues and sees problems through to resolution

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's, or international equivalent or equivalent education, training and experience
• 0 to 3 years of practical experience using commercial clinical data management systems
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Proven ability to drive a successful customer experience
• Technical skills and experience using relational databases
