Job Summary

A healthcare platform and diabetes coaching program is seeking a Remote Associate Cloud Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Addressing user tickets regarding system access, hardware, software, and networking
  • Performing lifecycle management for operating systems and applications
  • Researching, designing, deploying, and testing Desktop hardware and Windows operating systems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience as a Helpdesk Support, Desktop or Technical Support Engineer or similar role
  • Experience with Office 365, Azure, Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments and Cloud Infrastructure
  • Proven experience working in a virtual environment supporting key capabilities of end users
  • Proven experience with AD administration
  • Experience with virtualization technologies
  • BS in Computer Science or relevant experience
