Job Summary

A digital marketing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the contract review process for a variety of commercial contracts
• Maintaining Company’s contract management system and implementation
• Participating in and eventually leading customer/partner negotiation conversations

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to work cross functionally within our organization to accomplish large and small scale initiatives
• Understanding of corporate contracts and the ability to negotiate on the company’s behalf
• JD Degree from an accredited institution
• Member of the Oregon State Bar, or other state’s bar
• At least three years of corporate law, contracts, or other comparable experience
• Experience in a SaaS company or negotiating complex technology transactions
