Job Summary
An online educational media provider is in need of a Remote Associate Education Customer Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and testing marketing programs to drive conversion and retention goals
- Supporting the development of customer engagement and communication programs
- Working with the Product Marketing team to drive package adoption, cross-sell, and up-sell
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years marketing experience in Customer Marketing
- Able to digest performance metrics, communicate critical insights and ask the right questions
- Experience in customer segmentation strategies and subscriber management across multiple channels
- Strong organizational skills and eye for detail that ensures the overall success of project items
- Four year degree in Business, Marketing or related area of study, or a combination of relevant education and experience
