Job Summary
A business solutions company has an open position for a Remote Associate Engagement Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with the project team to provide excellent customer service
- Responsible for maintaining project financials
- Ensuring the project is delivered within the budget and timeline as outlined in the Statement of Work
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or 1+ years of experiece in various Human Resources or Financials disciplines
- Previous experience implementing or supporting Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle or other HCM/Financial applications
- Working knowledge and language of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll and Financial Management
- Workday certification a plus
- MBA or advanced degree desirable
