Job Summary

A staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate General Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Being responsible for drafting and negotiating of agreements of all types
  • Developing a general knowledge of the law typically encountered in respect of digital products and services
  • Acting as the US-based legal support for portfolio of companies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
