Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Associate IT Administrator in Lehi.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting Mac OS, Windows, Linux, iOS for internal team members
  • Coordinating with other departments to streamline processes and procedures in regards to IT workflows
  • Managing applications and providing maintenance/upgrade support on internal servers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma required
  • 1-2 years as a help desk professional
  • Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Windows Server 2012 R2/2008 R2, Linux
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Experience with inventory tracking and management and network troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of network technology (IP troubleshooting, etc.)
