Job Summary
A non-profit education company has an open position for a Remote Associate Learning Solutions Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing a vision for communities of practice on the Learning Solutions team
- Overseeing all aspects of planning and execution for the communities of practices
- Developing content and drafting materials for thought leadership activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel (when safe to do so) up to 25% for all-team meetings and retreats, team meetings, etc
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience
- Understanding of literacy, social emotional learning/supportive learning environments in K-12 settings
- Demonstrated track record working and collaborating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to coach and support entrepreneurial educators to find greater success in their work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities amid ambiguity and to leverage creative thinking and resourcefulness
