Job Summary
A non-profit financial services organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Associate Long Term Care Claim Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the LTC Claims process
- Utilize critical thinking skills to provide contract education
- Provide support to the Claim Coordinator in gathering requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Ability to quickly learn complex program and product knowledge
- Ability to navigate multiple software applications in a Windows environment
