Job Summary

A company that developed an Operating System for Artificial Intelligence is seeking a Remote Associate Media Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Executing & managing client-approved Podcast & Influencer media spend, including booking, scheduling & completing media changes
• Communicating day to day media updates from vendors/shows to the Account team and/or Media Buyer/Planner
• Coordinating all campaign setup with vendors/shows prior to ad recording, including but not limited to trafficking copy/talking points

Skills and Requirements Include:

• BA degree in Communications, Media Studies or relatable degree
• 1+ year of professional experience (Media knowledge a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and deadline oriented
