Job Summary

A global brand performance agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Associate Paid Media and Audience Growth Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing strategic counsel to clients and understanding their business
• Developing and executing paid digital media strategies to acquire, retain, upgrade and steward our clients’ target audiences
• Managing team to lead execution, Q/A and performance of paid media strategies

Qualifications Include:

• College degree, marketing preferred
• Must have minimum 5 years of paid digital marketing experience
• Background in direct response or nonprofit fundraising required
• Hands on experience managing online campaigns across a variety of vendors
• Mastery of all basic paid digital advertising concepts
• Complete understanding of bid management systems/practices
