Job Summary

A solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Production Support Analyst in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to end users of company IRT systems
  • Escalating to internal teams when issues cannot be resolved within the support team
  • Participating in conference calls and/or meetings with internal teams

Qualifications Include:

  • BA/BS Degree in related field or appropriate experience
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a user-facing role
  • Prior experience working with voice (IVR) web (IWR) and mobile (IMR) platforms is ideal
  • A proven ability to understand technical concepts
  • Good communication skills
