A legal services company is in need of a Remote Associate Real Estate Attorney.


Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing foreclosure related notices/correspondence
  • Engaging in title review/curative review
  • Completing title resolution litigation

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • JD from accredited law school and active Tennessee law license
  • 5+ years’ of Tennessee real estate related experience in the fields of title, foreclosure, or similar
  • Knowledge of applicable substantive areas of law, Tennessee/Federal Rules of Evidence, or similar
