A consumer good manufacturer has an open position for a Remote Associate Recruitment Sourcing Specialist in Lake Forest.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Writing and/or decoding job postings
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Constantly communicating with TA Specialists
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience
- Solid knowledge of basic Human Resources laws and regulations
- Associate's degree in communications, marketing, human resources or related field or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing and recruiting professional candidates on a variety of tools
- Ability to perform comfortably in active, fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills
