Job Summary

A luxury beauty product specialty retailer has a current position open for a Remote Associate Scrum Marketing and Operations Program Manager in San Francisco.

Must be able to:

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of scrum creative test pilots including content versioning projects at scale
• Create and publish schedules and sets interim milestone meetings, integrating cross functional touch-points in the process
• Foster partnerships with CRM, Marketing, Creative, Production, Product Development, Resourcing, and Delivery Management

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years’ experience in account, project, or program management in marketing required
• Creative project management experience required; agency and agile experience preferred
• Excellent technical skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Effective relationship-building skills
• Ability to cultivate strong partnerships across functions to bring people together toward common goals and consensus
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
