Job Summary
A global healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Associate Service Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Identify and coordinate internal resources across multiple business units to address escalated client situations
- Establish strong working relationships with the engineering, product management, IT, and other cross-functional teams
- Ensure that client issues are resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the support and engineering teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Advanced technical skills (with Windows and / or MacOS) which includes the ability to learn multiple and complex systems
- Experience with an issue / ticket tracking system
- 1+ years of previous customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
