Job Summary

A computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Associate Software Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide initial support for reported product issues and inquiries
  • Research and solution reported product issues and inquiries
  • Maintain and improve product and market knowledge

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Associate degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0-2 years related experience
  • Experience in computers, business, accounting, or other related fields
  • Experience supporting complex software systems is beneficial
