Job Summary
A computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Associate Software Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide initial support for reported product issues and inquiries
- Research and solution reported product issues and inquiries
- Maintain and improve product and market knowledge
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years related experience
- Experience in computers, business, accounting, or other related fields
- Experience supporting complex software systems is beneficial
