Job Summary

A professional services provider is seeking a Remote Associate Technical Customer Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Performing technical implementation and providing support of deliverables
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Complete implementations, providing support and technical issue resolution

Required Skills:

  • 2 or 4 year college degree or the equivalent in practical experience.
  • Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics Admin Certification
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and trouble shooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in layman terms
  • Project Management, process design & documentation skills
  • Previous customer service experience
