Job Summary

A financial company is in need of a Remote Associate Technical Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Answer and prioritize incoming telephone, email and chat-based requests for assistance
  • Provide resolutions and follow up with customers as needed
  • Log and track calls using problem management database

Qualifications Include:

  • 0-2 years prior experience in a technical support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with frequent interruptions and schedule changes
  • Strong oral and written communication skill
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
