Job Summary

An education company has a current position open for a Remote Associate Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering, evaluating and prioritizing incoming telephone, email and chat-based requests
  • Recognizing problems and conducting research
  • Providing resolutions and following up with customers as needed

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 0-2 years’ prior experience in a technical support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
