An education company has a current position open for a Remote Associate Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering, evaluating and prioritizing incoming telephone, email and chat-based requests
- Recognizing problems and conducting research
- Providing resolutions and following up with customers as needed

- 0-2 years’ prior experience in a technical support role
