Job Summary

An education technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Associate Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Co-ordinating telephone, email and chat-based requests for assistance from users experiencing problems
• Recognizing problems, conducting research, providing resolutions and following up with customers as needed
• Logging and tracking calls using problem management database and maintains history records and related problem documentation

Qualifications Include:

• 0-2 years’ prior experience in a technical support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
