An education technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Associate Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Recognizing problems, conducts research, provides resolutions and follows up with customers as needed
- Preparing standard statistical reports, such as help desk incident reports
- Consulting with programmers to explain software errors or to recommend changes to programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 0-2 years’ prior experience in a technical support role
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
