Job Summary
A provider of cloud-based software has an open position for a Remote ATM Software and Delivery Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing technical support activities
- Installing, maintaining, and supporting the application and/or its components
- Detecting, diagnosing, and reporting related problems.
Position Requirements Include:
- Team is responsible for onsite delivery and consulting for our OTS ATM software products
- 5+ years working in an ATM (Auto Teller Machine) software and support environment
- Experience with the Phoenix, Diebold, Wincor, NCR or other ATM applications
- High level of competence in setting up, configuring and troubleshooting Virtual Machines
- Experience with cloud deployments of virtual machines
- Skill in basic diagnostic techniques and corrective actions
