Job Summary

An education company is seeking a Remote Attendance Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Overseeing HB410 meetings and attendance intervention plans
• Providing intervention to address the underlying issues leading to chronic absenteeism
• Conducting outreach via phone calls, emails, and auto-dial messages to targeted students/families

Qualifications Include:

• May be required to travel for court proceedings as they pertain to truancy
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Counseling, Human Services or related field of study
• 3+ years of truancy experience in the K-12 educational setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products
