Job Summary

An American au pair organization has an open position for a Remote Au Pair Services Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Planning and allocating resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work
  • Overseeing the review process for incoming au pair applications and notify appropriate staff
  • Establishing and building trust with Partner/IR contacts

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Previous experience working in the J-1 sector
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have proven ability as a self-starter who can work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Previous leadership experience managing a staff of 5+
