Job Summary
An American au pair organization has an open position for a Remote Au Pair Services Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning and allocating resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work
- Overseeing the review process for incoming au pair applications and notify appropriate staff
- Establishing and building trust with Partner/IR contacts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Previous experience working in the J-1 sector
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have proven ability as a self-starter who can work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Previous leadership experience managing a staff of 5+
