Job Summary
A software developer that creates media software is in need of a Remote Audio I O Technical Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing leadership to drive product development projects to successful completion
- Collaboratively developing program plans, schedules and risk assessments
- Negotiating with stakeholders when project constraints change
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience leading distributed software development teams to successfully deliver complex products on time
- Ability to efficiently collect and use metrics to accurately predict and anticipate project scope and team velocity
- Strong, proven ability to build relationships across team boundaries and successfully operate in a global, cross-functional organization
- Strong, proven ability to interact and be credible with peer and senior level managers
- Experience with audio software and hardware projects including software application, systems-level software, and hardware design
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
