Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Automated Software Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Train clients in software platform basics and provide progressive guidance
  • Work closely with clients and their tech teams to fully integrate company software into their technology stack
  • Track and hit key implementation milestones

Qualifications Include:

  • Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with DevOps tools, or Enterprise offerings of Open Source Software
  • Experience working with modern project management processes and creating/implementing project plans
  • Knowledge and experience using and supporting enterprise software, ideally a continuous integration / continuous delivery solution
