Job Summary
A large financial service company is seeking a Remote Automobile Business General Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading a team of field sales organization that provides best in class service to dealers
- Leading the underwriting team to provide top notch dealer support and maintaining SLA's
- Ensuring that the business unit follows established policies and procedures
Position Requirements Include:
- 7 years of experience successfully managing a Consumer Lending P&L organization, or leading a function
- 10 years in a consumer lending business
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, and regular interaction at senior levels of an organization
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution skills, with strong analytics and quantitative skills
- Proven ability to lead and build high performing teams
- An undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university is required
