Job Summary

A provider of customer engagement services has an open position for a Remote AWS Solutions Architect.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Writing code/scripting in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java, Python, or similar
  • Working in a client facing capacity with customers to understand their needs and goals for their contact center
  • Helping design POCs, working samples, and demos for potential clients

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be comfortable with presenting/conversing with high-level team members in the enterprise space
  • Robust understanding of the AWS ecosystem
  • Some experience writing code/scripting in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java, Python, or similar
