Job Summary
A cloud based platform company is filling a position for a Remote B2B Client Success Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Setting and achieving quarterly objectives and key results
- Establishing strong executive sponsorship with each client account
- Motivating, mentoring, retaining and recruiting high performing Client Success Managers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work remotely with a willingness to travel to NYC, MD and client sites (25% travel)
- Experience leading high performing client facing teams at a healthcare, IT, or SaaS startup
- Experience working directly with clients and also managing a team of individual contributors
