Job Summary

A retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote B2B Operations Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop close relationships with our fulfillment partners and account managers to ensure the best post order experience for our B2B customers
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of a variety of routing guides and SOP documents from customers both small and large
  • Process, schedule, and route multiple orders on a daily basis

Required Skills:

  • Proven focus on cost and customer
  • Minimum one year experience in logistics
  • Experience in CPG, Retail, or Hospitality operations
  • Proven strong organizational skills to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to ensure the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
  • Ability to liaise with internal team to provide quotes, tracking information, and answer queries
