Job Summary

An IT company is seeking a Remote Software Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure all account issues are resolved quickly by leveraging our cross-functional teams
  • Identify accounts that are likely to churn and work proactively to mitigate that risk
  • Lead customers from trial to successful retention

Required Skills:

  • Experience using Hubspot and Intercom
  • Demonstrable autonomy and self-starting attitude
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively
  • 3+ years in account management, inside sales or customer success role inside a B2B SaaS business serving the accountancy/bookkeeping industry
  • Ability to (internally and externally) influence others towards continuous improvement
